Job Summary:

Customer Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition

  • Identify potential customers through field visits, inbound leads, cold calling, referrals, or online channels.
  • Approach and pitch to potential clients to explain product features and benefits.
  • Drive conversion of leads to new customers and meet or exceed acquisition targets.

Sales & Target Achievement

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Promote relevant products or services based on customer needs and profile.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional offerings where appropriate.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Address initial questions, concerns, or objections with professionalism.
  • Ensure a seamless handover to the customer support or account management team post-acquisition.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather market and competitor insights to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and challenges.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and acquisition status using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Ensure complete and correct documentation for all new customers as per company policies and compliance standards (e.g., KYC, onboarding forms).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and persuasion ability
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
  • Basic understanding of customer acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and mobile apps
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
