• Manage Customer Onboarding and related activities.
• Assist in Customer Onboarding and provide solution in case of issues
• Manage Customer Onboarding communication to internal or external partners
• Coordinate with the cross functional teams to enable required systems and processes
• Maintain Customer Onboarding trackers and dashboards Must Haves:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate from any college
• Must have 1+ years of work experience in / Ops support / Onboarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary
• Communication In Marathi is Mandatory
• Hands-on with Microsoft Office & Google Suite tools including Excel, PowerPoints.
