We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Customer Acquisition Executive to join our growing SaaS team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving customer acquisition, generating new leads, and converting potential prospects into qualified opportunities. You will connect with leads through various channels, communicate effectively to understand their business needs, and introduce our software solutions in an engaging and informative manner. Your ability to create interest, build trust, and maintain consistent follow-ups will be key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Connect with assigned leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify and engage them. Generate new leads independently by researching potential clients and exploring new outreach channels. Understand customer needs, pain points, and business goals to pitch relevant SaaS product features and benefits. Present and introduce our software effectively to prospects, creating strong interest and conversion potential. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building. Document all communications and lead activities in the CRM for accurate tracking and reporting. Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead nurturing strategies. Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversions, qualified meetings, and revenue goals. Gather client feedback and market insights to help the product and marketing teams refine messaging and strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette — ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively. Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and handling objections professionally. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of SaaS products, software sales, or digital platforms is an advantage. Highly motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn about technology-driven sales. Preferred Skills Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Experience or exposure to CRM tools, lead management, or sales automation software.
