WHY Nutrition is building Gurgaon’s most trusted nutrition-first food retail platform. We combine science-led curation, better everyday groceries, and clean snacking choices. As we scale across communities and digital channels, we are looking for a marketer to help strengthen our customer acquisition and engagement engine.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on acquiring new customers and converting first-time users into repeat customers across offline and digital channels. You will work closely with the founding team and be directly involved in executing and improving customer acquisition initiatives.

The role blends offline activations, digital outreach, lead engagement, content coordination, and partner management.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Acquisition (Offline and Digital)
  • Plan and execute on-ground initiatives such as community events, RWAs, corporate sampling, wellness sessions, and pop-ups
  • Run digital acquisition initiatives including WhatsApp outreach, referral programs, local influencer collaborations, and community-led campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and optimise cost per lead and cost per acquisition
2. Lead Nurturing and Retargeting
  • Build structured engagement flows to convert leads into first-time buyers using WhatsApp, SMS, email, and remarketing content
  • Manage basic segmentation such as new leads, cart abandoners, and first-time purchasers
  • Create scripts, templates, and engagement content to improve trial and repeat rates
3. Social Media and Content Coordination
  • Manage Instagram and LinkedIn execution including scheduling, publishing, and basic analytics
  • Coordinate with designers and content partners to execute brand-aligned content
  • Monitor trends in health, nutrition, and wellness to support relevant content ideas
4. Partner and Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate with agencies, activation partners, content creators, and vendors
  • Ensure timely execution, clear briefs, and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Track partner outputs and support optimisation of outcomes
Candidate Requirements


Must-have

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer acquisition, CRM, or social media roles
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with customer interactions, both online and offline
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and track basic performance metrics
  • Familiarity with tools such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Canva, and Excel or Google Sheets


Good-to-have

  • Experience in consumer brands, FMCG, grocery, D2C, or wellness categories
  • Exposure to performance marketing or managing small campaign budgets
  • Basic content writing or content planning experience
