The Customer Success & Tele-Sales Executive will engage with existing and new customers through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM tools to ensure seamless ordering, problem resolution, and relationship growth.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Convert inquiries into recurring customers and WHY Club members.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and conversions in CRM/Sheets.
• Support marketing and operations teams with timely customer insights.
• Achieve defined targets for satisfaction and retention.
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent spoken Hindi and workable English.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• A people-centric attitude and structured communication.
