Role Overview We are looking for a creative storyteller who can work closely with the founders to bring our vision to life across digital platforms. This role is about amplifying the brand’s voice , translating our philosophy into content that sparks conversations, and building a strong connection with our community. Key Responsibilities · Work with the founders and the marketing team to translate brand strategy into compelling stories · Create visually impactful reels and short-form content that showcase clean and affordable food as part of everyday life · Develop narratives that highlight our science-driven approach and innovation while keeping content engaging and relatable · Experiment with trends, hooks, and storytelling formats to grow reach and relevance · Be comfortable on camera when needed, not as the only face of the brand but as a creative partner in amplifying its voice · Engage directly with our audience to build trust, answer questions, and encourage healthier choices Our dream hire has the following attributes: · Storyteller par excellence o ability to translate the business objective of a communication into a compelling narrative o ability to deliver across formats ranging from playful to serious · End-to-end professional-grade production skills, especially video · Strong visual eye with basic editing or design skills in tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro · Energetic · Great communicator · Self-driven · Good to have: passion for food, wellness and lifestyle Why Join Us · Early-stage entry into funded start-up – potential to lead a core role in a high-visibility, high-growth D2C venture · Work directly with founders · Create impactful content at scale – high visibility across channels such as newspaper / print, Instagram, LinkedIn Location : Gurgaon (preferred, hybrid possible) Experience : 0–3 years (we value creativity and passion more than tenure)
