Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Associate to join our team in the cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality food products according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a cook or kitchen assistant in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient combinations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the culinary arts.
