We are looking for a visionary CTO & Co-Founder to join our journey and help us scale Boho into India’s leading experiential travel platform.

We’re Looking For:

• A full-stack tech expert with a proven track record of building scalable apps & websites.
• An AI enthusiast, experienced in machine learning, recommendation engines, and dynamic pricing models.
• An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
• Aligned with our vision of creating a positive social impact through travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of Boho’s web & mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• AI & Machine Learning: Develop and integrate AI-driven features, including personalized recommendations, dynamic pricing, and host-traveler matching algorithms.
• Frontend & Backend Mastery: Build and manage a robust tech stack, including React, Node.js, Python, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Must-Have Skills:

• Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, and Flutter.
• AI & Data Science: Hands-on experience with machine learning models, recommendation engines, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Mobile & Web Development: App deployment, API integration, and cross-platform expertise.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, Firebase.
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Agile Methodologies: Expertise in Agile/Scrum environments, driving rapid prototyping and product iteration.
