About the Role We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder to lead the technological vision, strategy, and execution of Business Guild — a global platform connecting startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors through AI-powered collaboration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder experienced in scaling SaaS and mobile-first products , passionate about innovation, and eager to shape a venture from the ground up. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Define and own the technology roadmap aligned with Business Guild’s mission. Lead end-to-end development of the mobile and web app (initially Flutter + Firebase stack). Build, mentor, and manage the engineering team (in-house & outsourced). Design and maintain a scalable architecture for 200K+ users in Year 1. Drive AI-powered features (recommendations, analytics, matchmaking). Implement security, compliance, and data privacy best practices globally. Collaborate with the CEO on fundraising, product strategy, and investor relations . Represent the technical vision to investors, partners, and stakeholders. 💡 Requirements Proven experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer in a startup or scale-up. Deep expertise in Flutter/Dart, Firebase , and scalable cloud architecture (GCP/Supabase/Azure). Experience integrating AI/ML features and managing large-scale databases. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
