Ekam Apps (www.ekamapps.com) and IntelliFlo AI (www.intelliflo.ai) are building next-generation AI automation solutions. Our flagship product IntelliFlo.ai is an intelligent workflow automation platform, and we're developing additional innovative AI products. We're seeking a technical leader to join as Co-Founder and CTO to drive our technical strategy and scale our products.

• Passionate about delivering practical AI solutions that drive measurable impact

The Role

Lead our technical vision, drive product development, and build world-class AI-powered solutions. Shape the technical direction of innovative AI products while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.

Technical Leadership

• Define and execute technical roadmap for IntelliFlo.ai and future products
• Architect scalable AI automation systems using no-code and low-code platforms
• Lead implementation of AI Agents using n8n, LangGraph, CrewAI for multi-agent systems
• Drive innovation in LLM implementation and prompt engineering
• Establish engineering best practices

AI Agent Development

• Design and deploy sophisticated AI agents for business process automation
• Build complex workflows using n8n for enterprise automation
• Implement multi-agent systems using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, and LangChain
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Create reusable agent templates for rapid deployment

Product & Business

• Oversee end-to-end product development for B2B AI solutions
• Build and mentor engineering team from the ground up
• Partner with founder on product strategy and business growth
• Contribute to technical sales conversations with enterprise clients

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, particularly LLMs and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python/FastAPI, Next.js/React, PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and cloud platforms

Preferred Experience with AI Agent Development:

• n8n for workflow automation
• LangGraph, LangChain for agent orchestration
• CrewAI, AutoGen for multi-agent systems
