We're a bootstrapped venture of LAKSON Technology Private Limited aiming to build a cutting-edge platform for fast-growing businesses. We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team and lead the development of our core product from the ground up. Role Overview As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision, leading product architecture, and managing the development roadmap from MVP to scale. You’ll work closely with the founder to align tech strategy with business goals and build a high-performing tech team. Responsibilities Define and execute the product architecture and technology roadmap Build and scale the core SaaS platform using modern, scalable technologies Lead and grow an engineering team (in-house and remote/contracted) Oversee all tech-related operations, including product development, DevOps, and data security Evaluate and implement AI/ML technologies to power intelligent customer lifecycle management Collaborate with design, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment Represent technology in investor pitches, customer demos, and strategic discussions Requirements Proven experience as a CTO or Senior Engineering Leader in a SaaS or startup environment Expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, Python, React, Postgres, AWS/GCP/Azure, etc.) Hands-on experience with system architecture, full-stack development, and product scaling Familiarity with AI/ML tools and applications in business platforms is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from zero to one Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous startup environment What We Offer Equity stake and a key role in the founding team Freedom to shape the tech vision and culture Opportunity to build a category-defining product Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid) Direct influence on product, hiring, and company growth strategy Ready to Build the Future?
