CTO / Co Founder

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, building scalable infrastructure, and leading engineering efforts to power next-gen AI-enabled learning experiences. You will create overall technology standards and practices, lead the technology strategy, identify and implement technology solutions, review code standards, track technology performance metrics, oversee system design and architecture changes, and stay updated on technology trends and best practices. Your role will involve thought leadership, innovation, and collaboration with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations for deliverables and enhancements. Additionally, you will ensure that all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategy for technology and ensure adherence to overall technology standards and practices. - Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs. - Regularly review and ensure code standards are maintained. - Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics. - Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture. - Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape. - Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity. - Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations for deliverables and enhancements. - Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - Experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or Head of Technology. - Strong knowledge of web and mobile architecture, scalable systems, and cloud-native solutions. - Experience in Flutter, React JS, Node JS, Angular JS, MySQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, Azure, etc. - Experience with live video streaming, AI-based systems, and SaaS platforms. - Hands-on experience with complex project management. - Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology. - Exceptional team management skills. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Extensive industry knowledge with future and business orientation. - Willingness to work in a startup environment as a Co-Founder.
