About The Role

We are seeking a

Content & Course Management Executive

with a strong academic background in

Physics and Chemistry

to support the design, development, and management of CSIR exam preparation content. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, academically sound, and passionate about delivering high-quality educational resources for aspirants.

What you will do?

  • Develop, review, and manage course content (lectures, study notes, test papers, and practice sets) for CSIR Physics & Chemistry subjects.
  • Ensure academic accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the latest CSIR NET syllabus & exam pattern.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, faculty, and design teams to structure and deliver engaging courses.
  • Manage course schedules, timelines, and content uploads on digital platforms (LMS, YouTube, App).
  • Regularly update content based on exam trends, syllabus changes, and student feedback.
  • Support in question paper analysis, test creation, and mock exam curation.
  • Monitor student engagement, feedback, and performance metrics to enhance content quality.
  • Work with the academic and product team to improve the overall learning experience.

What you will need?

  • Education: B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics – PCM compulsory) from a recognized university.
  • Candidates with M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics & Chemistry.
  • Prior experience in content development / course management / academic coordination in EdTech or coaching industry is an advantage.
