Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CS & Operations Executive with strong experience in CPA/CPI campaign management, client servicing, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth campaign delivery, high-quality execution, and excellent client experience in the performance marketing ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Management

• Manage end-to-end campaign fulfilment including ad trafficking, QA/testing, and campaign scheduling.
• Launch and monitor campaigns as per Release Orders (RO) and ensure all delivery parameters are adhered to.
• Optimize CPA/CPI campaigns proactively to meet performance KPIs and drive successful outcomes.
• Track daily pacing, conversions, lead quality, and overall campaign health.

Client Servicing & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign-related queries, performance updates, and troubleshooting.
• Provide prompt and professional support to clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies, tracking issues, and technical challenges by coordinating with clients, publishers, and internal tech/support teams.
• Work closely with the Sales & Agency teams to ensure campaign expectations and deliverables are aligned.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate detailed weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of campaign progress, delivery status, and billing details.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure proper validation of numbers for billing and coordinate with finance for smooth invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with publisher partners and internal stakeholders to support seamless delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign delivery, or performance marketing (CPA/CPI experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising, tracking mechanisms (S2S, MMPs), and performance marketing workflows.
• Excellent coordination, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with hands-on experience in campaign optimization.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and diverse stakeholder expectations.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
