About the Role

Presales Consultant Cross Sales

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and pitch relevant home-related products/services.
Share product features, pricing, and service details through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Generate customer consent for further engagement with associated brand partners.
Follow up with potential customers where consent is pending.
Coordinate with PoCs of different brands to ensure timely customer servicing.
Deliver high-quality customer service and handle queries promptly.
Maintain accurate conversation records and lead updates in the CRM system.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right product/service.
Knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic MS Excel.
Strong follow-up discipline and customer handling experience.
Prior experience in real estate presales/telesales is an added advantage.
