Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closure.

  • Convert SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) into paying customers with consistent follow-up.
  • Drive revenue targets through direct enterprise and SMB sales.
  • Understand customer requirements in manufacturing/distribution and position Bridge effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to maximize lead conversion.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships post-sale to encourage upselling and cross-selling.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3+years of proven B2B SaaS / CRM sales experience.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing, distribution, or field-team-heavy industries.
  • Strong deal-closing and consultative selling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
