Job Description: CRM Manager

Experience : Minimum 5 years

Position Overview:

4- 5 years of Realestate CRM experience Must

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial

Strong communication skills

Able to handle the customers.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Smooth communications with the clients

Update ERP as and when needed.

Send Demand letters, follow up on payments, and keep superiors up to date.

Respond to and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Update customers timely on project updates.

Coordinate different departments in terms of their customer interactions and establish a way to increase the level and effectiveness of their cooperation. Should know registration process.

Key Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel, CRM tools.

Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.

Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
