Please Note: This role is suitable for marketeers who have managed the CRM (preferably NPF and Zoho) and understand automation using Zapier/Make as tools.

Job Summary

Owns the intelligence layer of Medhavi’s marketing and admissions engine. This role builds the connective tissue between campaigns, leads, and outcomes across B2B, B2C, and Foundation verticals. You’ll deploy automation and AI-driven lead scoring, personalisation, and workflow optimisation to power every stage of the funnel - from cold outreach to retention. The variety of use cases across corporate partnerships, student enrolments, and CSR collaborations ensures steep learning and exposure to every marketing-to-revenue workflow.


The role partners with Growth, Pre-Sales, and Counselling teams to ensure CRM adoption, with Analytics to build predictive models, and with Brand to create personalised nurture content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and data structure across verticals.
  • Design and manage multi-channel nurture journeys (email, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • Build AI-based lead scoring and conversion-propensity models.
  • Automate personalisation triggers using engagement behaviour.
  • Integrate CRM with web, ad, and reporting systems.
  • Train Sales, Counselling, and Pre-Sales teams in CRM best practices.
  • Partner with Analytics to improve funnel forecasting.
  • Document workflows and automation playbooks.
  • Continuously experiment with new AI and automation tools.
  • Ensure GDPR/data-privacy compliance across campaigns.


Qualifications

  • 5 years in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong command of HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho ecosystems.
  • Experience designing multi-channel automations with Zapier, Make, or native tools.
  • Exposure to AI-driven lead scoring or predictive CRM modules.
  • Data-driven, structured communicator, comfortable with cross-team enablement.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing/Engineering; CRM/AI certifications preferred.
