Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle management
  • Track, analyze, and improve lead management, conversion ratios, and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless CRM adoption
  • Design and execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Train teams on CRM usage, best practices, and compliance

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in CRM management
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer lifecycle, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive, luxury, real estate, or lifestyle brands
  • Exposure to automation, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
