Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle management
Track, analyze, and improve lead management, conversion ratios, and customer journeys
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless CRM adoption
Design and execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies
Ensure data accuracy, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership
Train teams on CRM usage, best practices, and compliance

Requirements

3–7 years of hands-on experience in CRM management
Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer lifecycle, and data-driven decision-making
Experience with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in automotive, luxury, real estate, or lifestyle brands
