Role Overview As a CRM Executive – Order Confirmation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth order confirmation process and an excellent onboarding experience. You’ll coordinate between sales, operations, and customer support to ensure timely confirmation, communication, and delivery of study materials. Key Responsibilities Manage and confirm all customer orders received through online and offline channels. Communicate proactively with customers via call, email, or WhatsApp to confirm order details and payment verification. Update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or in-house tools) with accurate customer and order information. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Address customer queries related to order confirmation, payment issues, or delivery status. Track and report daily order confirmation metrics and resolve discrepancies. Identify and escalate recurring issues to improve order and CRM processes. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or order management (preferably in e-commerce or EdTech). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi. Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-first mindset with a focus on timely resolution.
