Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage customer data, leads, and service records in the cloud CRM. Track service tickets and coordinate with engineers for on-site resolution. Automate reminders for maintenance contracts, renewals, and calibrations. Generate reports on customer satisfaction, sales conversion, and downtime analysis. Support marketing automation for client outreach campaigns. Ensure seamless communication between office teams and field service staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in CRM operations within an industrial or B2B setup. Knowledge of automation products (PLCs, Drives, Sensors, etc.) preferred. Strong data management, reporting, and communication skills.
