CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Track daily sales reports, performance, and targets of sales employees.
• Follow up with employees and ensure timely submission of sales updates.
• Maintain and update CRM data and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding orders, customer enquiries, and requirements.
• Support customer communication and resolve queries professionally.
• Assist management with data insights and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Graduate (MBA / Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
• 2 – 4 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / MIS roles.
• Ability to track and monitor sales performance.
• Excellent Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS, Reports).
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under timelines and multitask.
