Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cuttack district for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, ensuring product quality, and liaising with fabricators. This role involves maintaining compliance with ISO standards, monitoring supply chains, and addressing client inquiries. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with design engineers to optimize product customization and enhancements. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Knowledge in ISO standards and quality assurance Experience in supply chain management and vendor relations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and ensure operational efficiency Experience in the uPVC window and door systems industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
