CRM Executive

As a CRM Specialist, your primary responsibility will be lead management within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up with leads, and maintaining an updated database with client information and status. You will be required to communicate effectively with sales associates through various channels such as phone, email, and other communication tools. It will also be essential for you to ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients to facilitate a smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities. Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication. Additionally, you will need to provide support to the sales team as needed and continuously update CRM processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM within a channel partner or developer firm. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. You must possess knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
