Job Description

  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, distributors, and retailers.
  3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to clients.
  4. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions and recommendations.
  5. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
