Build and maintain customer profiles including purchase history and preferences. Strengthen relationships with VIP clients to increase repeat business. Make regular engagement calls for new collections, services, and follow-ups. Track after-sales jobs (repair, polishing, resizing, custom orders) and update customers. Manage CRM software daily — update leads, tasks, and maintain clean data in Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM. Run WhatsApp broadcasts, festival greetings, and promotional campaigns. Collect customer reviews and coordinate appointments/wishlists with sales staff. Track customer payments, follow up for pending amounts, and update order records.
