Job Description

  • Capture and update all customer enquiries from walk-ins, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups (every 24–48 hours) and maintain accurate lead status.
  • Build and maintain customer profiles including purchase history and preferences.
  • Strengthen relationships with VIP clients to increase repeat business.
  • Make regular engagement calls for new collections, services, and follow-ups.
  • Track after-sales jobs (repair, polishing, resizing, custom orders) and update customers.
  • Manage CRM software daily — update leads, tasks, and maintain clean data in Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM.
  • Run WhatsApp broadcasts, festival greetings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collect customer reviews and coordinate appointments/wishlists with sales staff.
  • Track customer payments, follow up for pending amounts, and update order records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
