Job Description

  • Address customers queries related to legal documentation & sale deed drafts. Should be clear on payment structure & final reconciliation statement with accounts team.
  • Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations scheduled / completed and various other reports on need basis.
  • Interact with customers and make follow up calls for customer's registration.
  • To have clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
  • Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
  • Follow up emails with customers.
  • Proper coordination with team members & external office for smooth process to complete the registrations.
  • Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
  • Preparing Registration statements.
  • Addressing audit queries post registration.

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
  • Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses.
  • Knowledge of real estate related taxation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Real Estate candidates are preferred. Should have hands on experience in customer communication and all post sales activities.
