GRC aspects. Good understanding of application and IT infrastructure VAPT reports. Perform testing of controls to identify and assess IT risks. Ensure controls are aligned with industry best practice standards and frameworks. Produce reports detailing assessment findings and present them to management. Plan and initiate compliance activities, including documentation of policies & procedures, to ensure adherence to implementation of various information & cyber security frameworks and regulatory requirements. Implement necessary changes to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. Facilitate clients during external audits by their regulators, including responding to queries raised during audits by the agencies. Required Competencies: Proven experience in information security governance, risk management, and compliance audits. In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory guidelines, including RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, UIDAI, DOT, CEA, NSE, etc. Ability to stay updated with regulatory changes and adapt compliance measures accordingly. Ability to perform thorough audits /assessments, identifying areas for improvement and facilitating in implementation of effective solutions. Job Description: We are looking for a CRM Executive who will manage our client database, proposals, and communication using CRM tools like Zoho CRM. You’ll make sure all client details, documents, and updates are properly recorded, proposals are prepared and shared on time, and client communication is well-organized and tracked. Key Responsibilities Keep all client information and project details updated in the CRM system. Collect primary client information through the Client Information Form (CIF) and Scoping Sheet. Coordinate internally to get the right inputs for proposal preparation. Prepare, format, and share proposals with clients in coordination with technical teams. Arrange and manage technical meetings or discussions with clients (if needed) to understand their requirements clearly. Record all proposal details, client communications, and follow-ups in the CRM and Lead Sheet. Follow up with clients for updates on proposals, scoping sheets, and acknowledgements. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the process. Candidate Requirements Generate simple reports and dashboards in CRM to help management track proposal status and client activity. Ensure all client data and documents are accurate, complete, and secure in the CRM. Support other teams by sharing updated client details or proposal progress whenever needed. Requirements: 1–4 years of experience in CRM handling, proposal management, or client coordination. Graduate in any field (preferably Management or Computer Science). Good knowledge of Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools. Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication and coordination skills.
