We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Automation Manager to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management and automationThis role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM workflows and processes to enhance customer engagement and drive business growthStrong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential
Key Responsibilities
CRM ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and securityAutomation StrategyDevelop and implement CRM automation strategies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement
Campaign ManagementDesign, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that target different customer segments
Data AnalysisAnalyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Generate actionable insights to drive business decisionsIntegrationEnsure seamless integration of the CRM system with other business tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, sales, and customer support systems
Customer SegmentationDevelop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences and targeted marketing efforts
Performance MonitoringMonitor and evaluate the performance of CRM automation initiatives
Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvementTeam CollaborationWork closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent customer experiences
Training and SupportProvide training and support to CRM users, ensuring they are well-versed in system capabilities and best practices
Vendor ManagementManage relationships with CRM vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality support and service delivery
ComplianceEnsure all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws
Qualifications
ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management and automationEducationBachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting strategies
Experience with SQL or other database management languages
Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
