Our CRM Executives are responsible for strategizing, coordinating and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns at zingbus.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End CRM Campaign Management:

Coordinate

Leverage A/B testing

Continuously monitor and evaluate

Qualifications:

●  Proven track record in Customer Engagement and Retention.

●  Proficiency in tools like as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage etc

●  Strong analytical skills to get actionable insights and trends from campaign data

●  Good communication skills to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
