Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Associate located in Noida. The CRM Associate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing exceptional customer support, enhancing customer experience, and driving customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, assisting in sales processes, and facilitating training sessions for improvement in customer service practices.

• Skills in Sales and Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
