Roles & Responsibilities – Data Analyst & CRM Associate

Role Objective:

To manage and execute end-to-end client and channel partner requirements with a strong focus on data-driven insights, operational accuracy, and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Partner Management

Handle client requirements and support channel partners effectively.

Manage CRM systems and ticketing platforms for smooth client interactions.

Ensure clear communication and timely updates through broadcasting and market insights.

Data & Analytics

Perform advanced data analysis using Power BI, Google Sheets, and related tools.

Prepare performance reports, collection trackers, and validation sheets.

Conduct ongoing monitoring of executed trades, liquidation prices, and symbol price movements.

Generate forecasts and pre-cast outputs for client presentation.

Operations & Reporting

Deliver turnaround tasks within defined TAT timelines.

Validate ongoing trades and executed trades across all accounts.

Maintain accurate performance charge reports and ensure transparency in reporting.

Finance & Compliance

Manage finance operations including invoices, receivables, and bookkeeping.

Handle VAT and Corporate Tax (C.T.) filing in compliance with regulations.

Track collections and ensure timely follow-ups.

Research & Market Insights

Conduct data surfing and internet research for updated market intelligence.

Provide insights to clients and internal stakeholders for decision-making.

Exchange & Platform Management

Maintain hands-on experience across multiple exchanges.

Monitor symbol prices and validate liquidation data for accuracy.

Ensure smooth execution of trading-related operations.

Data Presentation & Insights

Convert raw data into visually effective presentations for client reporting.

Deliver meaningful insights from data to drive business outcomes.
