CRM Associate

You will be joining zingbus as an Associate - CRM based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, coordinating, and executing customer engagement and customer retention marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include: - End-to-End CRM Campaign Management: You will be involved in planning, executing, and reporting on CRM marketing campaigns to drive conversion and customer retention. - Collaboration with zingbus Product, Brand, and Analytics teams: You will coordinate with various teams to gather campaign requirements and feedback for effective campaign execution. - A/B Testing and Optimization: Utilize A/B testing on content, creative designs, customer personas, and zingbus services to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. - Performance Monitoring and Recommendations: Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven track record in Customer Engagement and Retention. - Proficiency in tools like CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc. - Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights and trends from campaign data. - Good communication skills to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
