Job Description

- Assist in financial analysis, credit risk assessment risk rating and structuring '& documentation of facilities for assigned corporate relationships, by working with the Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Meeting customers, preparing Green Light Memos and Credit. Proposals (CPs) (new, annual renewals, amendments etc.) and assisting RMs in customer relationship management (accoan1 opening J KY, regular client servicing like advices, bank statements etc.- Liaising with Wholesale Risk Management (WRM) and the other-stake holders 1ike Compliance) TCM, Legal (Internal I External), Documentation Unit -Operations & Technology, Relationship teams in other MB markets (as ORM and LRM) .et al to ensure smooth delivery of service to corporate customers- Monitor post disbursement reports (for excesses I overdue and any other early warning signal), ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, conduct covenant testing, track MERs& limit I CP expiry, assist business in RCSA testing and reporting monitor I identify- money laundering risks & assist in internal and external audit processes.
