- Assist in financial analysis, credit risk assessment risk rating and structuring & documentation of facilities for assigned corporate relationships, by working with the Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Meeting customers, preparing Green Light Memos and Credit. Proposals (CPs) (new, annual renewals, amendments etc.) and assisting RMs in customer relationship management (accoan1 opening J KY, regular client servicing like advices, bank statements etc.
- Liaising with Wholesale Risk Management (WRM) and the other-stake holders 1ike Compliance) TCM, Legal (Internal I External), Documentation Unit -Operations & Technology, Relationship teams in other MB markets (as ORM and LRM) .et al to ensure smooth delivery of service to corporate customers
- Monitor post disbursement reports (for excesses I overdue and any other early warning signal), ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, conduct covenant testing, track MERs& limit I CP expiry, assist business in RCSA testing and reporting monitor I identify- money laundering risks & assist in internal and external audit processes.
- Work with Corporate Banking Relationship Teams on deals, facility structures1 credit products I 1iervfoes and engage with WRM to provide solutions, which meet business and customer requirements within credit and operational risk guidelines and policies.
- Meet clients and counterparties involved in deals as and when required for the execution of responsibilities and/or needed by Relationship Team(s) for business purpose.
- Quick and timely turnaround of CPs while maintaining quality of analysis.
- Monitor account conduct of borrowers and provide information at each review thereby ensuring effective portfolio management and ensuring that the portfolio quality is maintained by highlighting early warning signals.
- Assist the Corporate RM team in the customer relationship management. Remain vigilant to the . possibility of any money laundering activities in the accounts, and escalate all suspected money laundering cases to the Unit Manager and Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer(MLRO) Monitor post disbursement reports (for excesses I overdue and any other early warning signal), ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies, conduct covenant testing track MERs & limit I CP expiry, assist business in RCSA testing and reporting, monitor I identify money laundering risks & assist in internal and external audit processes
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience of credit / financial analysis in banking and I or related field.
- A post graduate diploma/MBA/ Chartered Accountancy or a similar qualification.
- Local market knowledge and knowledge of commercial banking products and operating systems.
- Good inter-personal skills. Should be a team player and participation experience in variety of banking initiatives and solutions.
