Experience: 2-6 years industry experience

Languages: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi (Candidate should know at least 2 languages apart from English)

Qualification: Graduate, Post graduate or a related field.

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Reviewing the complete file of loan applications.
Conducting personal discussions and video PDs with applicants.
Ensuring timely decision making within the TAT.
Managing vendors involved in the loan processing.
To evaluate proposals of customers for Business Loans.
Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation.
Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
