You will collaborate with Plant MP&L, PD, NMP, PVT, VOME, and other cross-functional teams to address any identified Bill of Material discrepancies effectively. Flexibility in working shift timings, particularly in North America, South America, Europe & Australia time zones, is essential for this role. You will be involved in PPM launch activities in coordination with NMP & Program team to facilitate timely system set-ups. Tracking new PDLs / CRFs / TIBs in the region and ensuring supportable MP&L / PPM timings will also fall under your responsibilities. Representing PPM in various meetings, such as PST meetings, Regional BOM and Order meetings, and Directors review, to address any open issues and discuss containment plans for prebuilds. Resolving BOM queries, discrepancies, and ensuring accurate supplier release data are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will provide support to the PD team in implementing engineering changes related to TVM / Cost reduction and revenue enhancement product actions. Utilizing the Global audit tool EMPRESS for defining parts based on PDL, verifying part-to-part usage, quantity per vehicle, and ensuring supplier release accuracy through BOM audits will be part of your routine tasks.
