Credit Manager

As a Credit Analyst, your role involves evaluating proposals for recommendation or approval in accordance with the credit policy. This includes conducting customer visits and discussions to assess loan requirements, as well as analyzing customer business and income. You will need to have a thorough understanding of self-employed non-professional profiles and ascertain the revenue streams and expenditure of the business. Your ability to identify potential risks associated with proposals and perform due diligence even with limited formal documents or data is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking files in compliance with the credit policy, conducting risk analysis related to cases and clients, and maintaining the quality of credit information and underwriting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate proposals for recommendation or approval based on the credit policy - Conduct customer visits and discussions to assess loan requirements - Analyze customer business and income - Understand self-employed non-professional profiles thoroughly - Ascertain revenue streams and expenditure of the business - Identify potential risks associated with proposals - Perform due diligence even without sufficient formal documents or data - Check files according to the credit policy - Conduct risk analysis related to cases and clients - Maintain the quality of credit information and underwriting standards Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field - Proven experience in credit analysis or a related role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in facilitating the development of clearly defined and updated policies and procedures for all credit risk management, as well as handling disbursement officers for the process.
