Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct credit appraisal and underwriting of loan proposals
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Supervise and mentor credit analysts and junior underwriters
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing
Monitor portfolio performance and flag early warning signals (EWS)
Prepare and present credit proposals to the credit committee
Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies (e.g., RBI) during inspections
Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting
Role & responsibilities

Salary - 5 LPA to 15 LPA
