Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with inactive sellers for overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Perform credit control and coordinate with KAM/CS/Sales teams for timely recovery.
• Drive faster collections and reduce overall outstanding ageing.
• Reconcile seller ledgers and share updates with relevant support teams.
• Prepare and share debtor reports, ageing analysis, and risk reports with stakeholders.
• Identify high-risk accounts and flag concerns proactively.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in debt recovery, credit control, or accounts receivable.
• Industry experience in logistics.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
• Good understanding of ageing, reconciliations, and debtor reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
