Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Analyst to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough credit analyses and assessments to determine client creditworthiness.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with credit lending.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to continuously improve credit analysis processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of credit cards, credit, and underwriting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, including current trends and regulatory requirements.
