Role Overview

Creator Partnerships Manager

In this role, you’ll manage influencer partnerships end to end from outreach and negotiation to creative coordination and performance tracking — while also helping expand Zomunk’s Campus Ambassador and Creator Community programs, nurturing advocates who represent the brand among young travelers and creators. 🌍

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners across India and international markets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize creator campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user growth.
• Develop creative briefs, manage deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand objectives and tone.
• Negotiate collaborations, timelines, and deliverables with influencers and partners.
• Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and share insights to improve ROI.
• Support and grow community-led initiatives such as Zomunk’s Campus Ambassador Program, including onboarding, engagement, and content coordination with student ambassadors.
• Identify and onboard new creators or micro-influencers aligned with Zomunk’s brand values and audience.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for strong content and brand storytelling.
