Role Description

remote, project-based role

you’ll also be working closely with the brand teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy and delivered with care. this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and understands the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• source and onboard nano and micro creators for brand campaigns
• communicate campaign briefs, timelines and expectations to creators
• manage relationships with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle
• support in creator content reviews and ensuring brand alignment
• assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
• help build and nurture the moss & letters creator network

Qualifications

• a strong interest in influencer marketing, UGC, and the creator space
• excellent communication and relationship management skills
• organized, self-motivated and proactive with timelines
• understanding of content aesthetics in luxury, beauty and lifestyle
• prior experience in creator or brand partnerships is a plus, but not mandatory
