Creator Partnerships Manager

Role Overview As a Creator Partnerships Manager at Zomunk, you will utilize your 23+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing to establish and nurture meaningful relationships, execute impactful collaborations, and expand Zomunk's creator ecosystem within India and beyond. Your responsibilities will include managing influencer partnerships from initial outreach to negotiation, creative coordination, and performance tracking. Additionally, you will play a key role in growing Zomunk's Campus Ambassador and Creator Community programs, fostering advocates who embody the brand ethos among young travelers and creators. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners in both Indian and international markets. - Strategize, implement, and optimize creator campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition. - Develop creative briefs, oversee deliverables, and ensure content aligns with brand objectives and tone. - Negotiate collaborations, establish timelines, and define deliverables with influencers and partners. - Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to enhance return on investment. - Assist in nurturing community-led initiatives like Zomunk's Campus Ambassador Program by facilitating onboarding, engagement, and content coordination with student ambassadors. - Identify and recruit new creators or micro-influencers who resonate with Zomunk's brand values and target audience. Qualifications Required - 23+ years of hands-on experience in influencer or creator marketing with a track record of successful campaign execution. - Profound understanding of creator ecosystems on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships concurrently. - Exceptional communication skills, adept at relationship management, and proficient in negotiation. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling content creation and brand storytelling. - Enthusiasm for travel, youth culture, and community building.
