Company Description moss & letters is a creator community as well as an agency built on organic creativity and storytelling. we bring brands and creators together to craft authentic narratives that feel natural, inspiring, and deeply connected. rooted in thoughtful strategy and meaningful collaborations, we help brands grow through genuine voices, immersive content, and stories that leave a lasting impact. here is our IG: https://www.instagram.com/mossandletters we work closely with brands in the luxury, lifestyle and beauty space to curate creator-led campaigns that don’t just look good but feel real. 🌸 Role Description this is a remote, project-based role for a creator partnerships manager . you'll be the bridge between brands and creators—responsible for identifying the right voices, managing collaborations from start to finish and ensuring smooth, thoughtful communication throughout. you’ll also be working closely with the brand teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy and delivered with care. this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and understands the creator economy. you’ll get to play an active role in building a creator community and seeing it grow, while being part of meaningful campaigns with the brands. Responsibilities source and onboard nano and micro creators for brand campaigns communicate campaign briefs, timelines and expectations to creators manage relationships with creators throughout the campaign lifecycle support in creator content reviews and ensuring brand alignment assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking help build and nurture the moss & letters creator network Qualifications a strong interest in influencer marketing, UGC, and the creator space excellent communication and relationship management skills organized, self-motivated and proactive with timelines understanding of content aesthetics in luxury, beauty and lifestyle prior experience in creator or brand partnerships is a plus, but not mandatory Additional Info this is an unpaid, project-based opportunity. ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a boutique creator agency environment and grow with us from the ground up. future paid opportunities may arise for individuals who align deeply with the moss & letters vision and demonstrate ownership across campaigns.
