● Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile interfaces within RADIUS.
● Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
● Design intuitive dashboards, interaction screens, and data visualizations that simplify complexity.
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.
● Define and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency across the platform.
● Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement features that drive user engagement.
● Contribute to the evolution of RADIUS’s overall user experience and interaction patterns.
● Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends.
● 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
● Proven expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
● Portfolio demonstrating design work for complex applications, including dashboards, workflows, and multi-step interactions.
● Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
● Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces.
● Prior experience designing SaaS product.
● Experience contributing to or building design systems.
● Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analytics.
● Ability to mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful feedback.
● Shape the future of customer experience design in a rapidly growing tech company.
