Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in the software domain. As a core member of our product design team, you will shape intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the way global enterprises interact with customers using RADIUS. This role requires deep empathy for users, a strong understanding of product workflows, and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile interfaces within RADIUS. Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Design intuitive dashboards, interaction screens, and data visualizations that simplify complexity. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights. Define and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency across the platform. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement features that drive user engagement. Contribute to the evolution of RADIUS's overall user experience and interaction patterns. Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends. Requirements 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products. Proven expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent. Portfolio demonstrating design work for complex applications, including dashboards, workflows, and multi-step interactions. Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions. Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience designing SaaS products. Experience contributing to or building design systems. Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral analytics.
