Demand Generation Manager (Remote, Full-Time, 9 am to 5 pm New York time zone) Company Description HonestAI empowers non-technical founders, executives, and management teams to build, launch, and grow AI-driven SaaS and digital products quickly and securely. As HonestAI’s Demand Generation Manager, you will drive pipeline growth through demand generation and demand capture strategies with two clear objectives: 1. Generate qualified leads for HonestAI’s own app and development agency services. 2. Generate new user signups for our SaaS clients’ products Key Responsibilities - Demand Generation & Demand Capture for our App/Dev Agency: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) to attract and convert ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for HonestAI’s app and development services. - Demand Generation & Demand Capture for our SaaS Clients: Design and implement campaigns specifically aimed at driving app/SaaS signups for our clients, ensuring measurable growth in user acquisition. - Funnel Management: Build and optimize strategies for every stage of the funnel—from awareness to conversion—using best practices in lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management for both agency and SaaS audiences. - ICP Targeting: Understand buy signals and identify, segment, and engage ICPs for both HonestAI’s agency services and our SaaS clients, ensuring content and messaging are tailored to each audience. - Content, Asset & Creative Production: Create and oversee the production of high-impact content and campaign assets—including ad creatives, blogs, case studies, landing pages, and social posts—designed to attract, educate, and convert target audiences for both business lines. - Paid Ads: Run and refine Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, leveraging deep knowledge of platform algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. - Organic Engagement Drive organic engagement on LinkedIn for our agency and our SaaS/App clients. - Analytics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, and marketing automation platforms—continually iterating for improved ROI. - Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and client teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign goals. Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B demand generation and demand capture, with a strong grasp of funnel management and ICP targeting. - Demonstrated success generating qualified leads for app/development agencies. - Demonstrated success driving app/SaaS product signups for clients or past employers. - Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google, with deep knowledge of both platforms’ algorithms, including organic LinkedIn algorithms. - Experience in producing compelling content and creatives that get results. - Strong portfolio of content and campaign asset/creative production (ad creatives, landing pages, etc.). - Expertise in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), and campaign analytics. - Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Bonus - Experience with account-based marketing, PR/backlink outreach, and sales enablement.
