This is a Full-time, Night-shift and work from home opportunity. Applicants must have reliable internet and electricity, and must bring their own laptops.

Role Overview

UI Design & Execution:

• Translate Concepts:

   Assist in interpreting design briefs and user flows to create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for websites and mobile apps.

• Visual Interface Design:

   Design consistent interface elements (buttons, icons, forms, widgets) and layouts that align with established brand guidelines.

• Prototyping:

   Create interactive prototypes in Figma to demonstrate user flows and interactions to internal teams.

• Responsive Design:

   Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for various screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

• Asset Management:

   Organize and maintain design systems and asset libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance:

• Developer Handoff:

   collaborate closely with the development team, preparing design specs and assets to ensure accurate implementation of the UI.

• Quality Checks:

   Conduct visual QA (Quality Assurance) on developed pages to ensure they match the design files pixel-perfectly.

• Team Support:

   Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, actively seeking feedback to improve design quality.

• Presentations:

   Assist the Design Lead in preparing visual decks and presentations for client meetings.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience

   in UI/Web design
• A solid 

  portfolio

   showcasing mobile and web design projects, with a focus on layout, typography, and color theory.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency is essential

   in 

  Figma

  .
• Strong working knowledge of 

  Adobe Creative Suite

   (Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects).
• Basic understanding of 

  HTML/CSS

   constraints (you don’t need to code, but you need to know how developers build what you design).
• Familiarity with After Effects or interaction design tools is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
